I love all of the mystical flair of Yu-Gi-Oh despite not really growing up with it.
I just watched a video by Whang on YouTube last night about the tragedy and rumor of the Cursed Hanged Man’s card from 2003 and how it was portrayed as a twisted hanging demon who would be redirected with the souls of 13 hanging kids.
I’m summarizing here but I find it facilitating how a tragic event that was unfairly link to Yu-Gi-Oh through Satanic superstition, got a rumored demon with lore surrounding the event, that ends up inadvertently tying back into the occult inspired universe of the card game!
What kind of crazy full circle shit is that?!?
It’s influenced me to make some card art of the thing and I'm thinking about calling it
Hanged Man’s Judgement!
Where do you get the card template from? I’m sure there’s a website that will let you design your own.
