I’m in Florida for the next month or two to do some life skills training.

I found this old duck a few days ago!

He’s big and has a broken wing sadly but He seems fine, lives near our apartment and swims in a big pond that is just n between the buildings!

I've thought about the rating system on Newgrounds for a while and have noticed that some content on the site doesn't seem to fit well with either an "E" or "T" rating.

So I thought about suggesting that an "E10" rating be added to the site!!

Most media that I grew up with was rated PG on TV and a lot of these shown contained some form of violence, censored or minor cursing, a subtle adulte joke and partial or censored nudity, like how the main characters of a show might wear a non revealing swimsuit to the poor or beach, and in more comedy focused shows I grew up with like "Total Drama Island" or "The Amazing World of gumball", a character might show their butt cheeks or even have their "genitals" heavily censored or covered up by something else! I knew what being naked was like so I thought it was funny to see the characters act embarrassed about the same thing.

Granted, I know that something like that leans more toward the “T” side of things but the point still stands.

My main goal is preposing this Is to have a safe and easy way for people to indicate that the content that they post is, not suitable for young kids but not vulgar enough for a "T".

Like how all other media has been treated for the past 20 or so years.

I think that this feature will not only allow for an easier rating experience, but will also allow for more creative freedom for the site and it's users.

Last night I had some terrible thoughts come up again,

I expected a lot of things on my trip to Greece and Rome with my mom a couple of months ago.

I enjoyed a lot of the food and the openness of the city but there were also a lot of places that felt overly touristy, to the point where it was hard to appreciate what I was look at.

going to the Vatican was also hard on an emotional level.

Hearing from my mom that the church was built with rooms that would glorify the popes more and more as time rolled by instead of giving that money to the poor or Lethe people see the things that were built inside the church.

Whrn I went to church when I was young, I remember it being grand yes, but it was a building for the people, for anyone no matter how rich or poor to came and worship. To marvel at the wonder of the place.

My mom said that there is good and bad with every culture and empire so I’m excited to find the positive in the cultures that make me, me!

I’m almost over this awkward slump and am close to seeing all the wonders of the world again!

What I’ve noticed when it comes to both of these things is that, at least from my experience, you shouldn’t worry about what you could be, negatively speaking, in the future and instead, focus on yourself and your goals and enjoy the things you’re doing to get there!

I’ve thought to myself “What’s the point of getting creative if everyone else is doing something similar?”

The conclusion I came to was that we as individuals make things that may be similar er but have so many little differences that make the things we make different!!

So keep creating what you like, enjoy it and continue to improve yourselves and the things you do for the sake of others and yourself!!!

Hi.

I, as some of you may know, have been struggling to get out of bed for the past couple of months acd I could not understand why.

I felt happy with what I was doing. I like making people happy and love sharing my art but something still felt off.

Last nitght I my mom talked to me about my motivation and I came to the realization that I, throughout a lot of my life,have been focusing and worrying to much about my future instead of living in the moment due to past trauma in m life.

When my mom broke up I couldn't understand why, granted, I was very young at the time and was upste that it seemed like our prefect family life was falling apart.

Even still, when my dad started dating my stepmom and they moved to Seattle then Dallis Texas, I still wanted things to stay like they used to be.

Especially considering that my stepmom got cancer and my dad and her couldn't seem to stop arguing.

My stepmom is very cynical.

She gets upset at the smallest of things, like when she's lost something of hers and can't find it.

Or it's just berceuse things aren't going her way.

As I've gotten older I've been wanting to change things by growing up in some way.

I always have wanted to make some sort of Youtube channel after seeing users like Stampy Longhead or Dan TDM in my tween and early teen years.

I, ever since then, have always wanted to entertain people on a broader scope and get into making my own videos.

Although berceuse of School and my monthly eye surgeries, I always felt like I was just out of reach.

I kept thinking to myself, "Just a little further" instead of trying to take action in the moment.

I didn't know what to make of the whole thing. I felt like somehow I had wasted my time.

hat is until I talked to my mom after watching this video on an obscure Visual Novel game by Amelie Doree

One of which being the idea of labels and how sometimes we tend to let other peoples opinions of us, or the way that sociaty treats our Race, Sexuality, etc, determine the that way other poeple think we should live our lives.

As well as how a single story can't truly reflect all the small nuances of life weather it be fiction of nonfiction.

My mom last night asked me why I didn't feel motivated and after explaining that I love what I do, I came to the realization that I felt guilty for mot being in the moment and making the most out of life, and so she asked me If i wanted to go to the gym and I said yes.

Now after reflecting on everything I feel better then I ever have.

I'll use these labels our society has crefted to impower myself and bring that joy to as many people as I can through the internet!

So here's how I define my character, in both fiction and nonfiction! HAHA!

I am a 21 year old, legally blind yet partially blind man, who also considers himself to be a goofy emo kid at heart who has an open mind and eccepting personality thanks to his mom. He also really likes adult humer and "adult content" especcialy!

most Importantly of all, he likes to make other people smile and happy, for he feels that he's an entertainer at heart.

It's Christmas Eve!!!

I’ve been struggling to sleep for the past couple of weeks and it’s been seriously effecting my mood.

I usually don’t like being negative but it’s getting pretty bad and I wanted to mention it.

I’m really going to put in an effort to get some sleep and feel more energized and productive.

Hey everyone.

I figured I’d talk about something a little more serious and controversial this time around.

I’m deciding to discuss this topic now to voice my thoughts in careful detail and avoid any controversy in the future.

In media it’s a good idea for the two characters that are in a relationship to be close to each other’s age and in heavily romantic relationships, to be at the age of consent.

I like to keep an open mind and I say all this to preface that fiction is exactly that, imaginary and that pornography of a fictional character on there own should not be bound by the limitations of the source material.

In other words, if there is an underaged character in an animated show that has characteristics people like, such as their hair, eyes, personality, etc, that people should be free to express that through an adult version of said character.

Most sane people aren’t looking at a child character and saying “Oh that kid is cute, man I wanna do something to them!” They’re thinking “Oh that kid is cute, I’d love to see those traits in an adult!”

so they go ahead and draw there fantasy with the assumption that other people will realize what they’re going for.

I like to imagine that most people, no matter how they draw the character in question, weather they’re short with more prominent features or are tall with less cleavage, are all still seen as of legal age!

Pornography in terms of drawn characters is far more complex then people like to give it credit for and I see people making baseless accusations of pedophilia because someone is into a fictional character that it underage in their source material, instead of looking at the bigger picture and asking why they have that interest in the first place.

Most of the it’s not because of their young age!

I’m glad I was able to share these thoughts and opinions on where I personally stand with all of this and I understand that people have different comfort levels when it comes to these topics.

I think it’s safe to say that wherever you stand with your opinions, we can all agree that PEDOPHILIA IS BAD!!!
