I like video games and enjoy the passion people have for art and storytelling. I also like the ocean and the qualities of nature as a whole.

It is better not to use gadgets, at least until the next day my eyes need to rest

Thank you.

Oh well, this happened to me before, but to me it's already red eyes, the doctor had to choose an eyedropper for me to lessen the redness of my eyes, you should try to not starring much screen phone or devices and also try to lower the brightness of the devices you use, that sure'll help

Thank you. I’ve been doing that and it’s been helping a lot. I feel a lot better today.

Again: I am _not_ a medical professional, but:

There is an eye (and nose) cream that will come in tiny tubes an is essentially almost entirely wool fat/wool grease. Ask your pharmacist about it. They'll know what I am referring to, even if the brand name might be different in your country. It is applied last thing before you go to bed and will help your eyes heal over the course of a few days. Use "plenty" at first - you'll figure out a good dosage in time. Do not put in eyedrops directly before applying it (wait a few minutes after the eyedrops).

Be careful when you wash the residue out in the morning and have a fresh washcloth prepared. Take your time.

Thanks. I’ve been using eye drops and wearing medical eye patches before I go to bed. I’m feeling a lot better today because of those things.

@Lizguy74 Good to hear.
(If those 'already' work for you, then you don't need to look into the cream as well.)
